Black&White Pumpkins

Saw these with tutorial here and was not satisfied until I went to Dollar Tree to get the supplies. They were out of pumpkins :( so I had to pay $5.00 each at Walmart for the pumpkins. I had never worked with Modge Podge but loooovvvve that stuff! I could have gotten them much smoother but I LIKE the wrinkles, I am weird that way. My friend Monica provided the Spanish moss that her husband confiscated from deer camp, would love to have live oaks draped with the moss in my front yard!

Fall Is Here

Yay!!!! it is finally feeling like fall in Mississippi!!! This is a vignette inspired by Potterybarn but once I got started with it I aborted their original idea and went out on my own.

I saw this wreath on Pinterest and could not find a tutorial on how to make it so I guessed. Tutorial found here.

Happy Fall Decorating !!!!

A Little Fall Decor

In the first picture, my friend Monica made this wall hanging that I just love. Got the idea to hang it on the mirror from, once again,thethriftydecorchick.blogspot.com. I made a trip to Hobby Lobby to make the wreath. It may look a little skimpy but I'm ok with it for now. The centerpiece is made from dollar tree finds. Now all I need is the cool weather!
